Group Purchasing Referrals

In creating a successful and sustainable budget, charter schools need to gain efficiencies in all their purchasing decisions.  From chairs, desks, laptops, and books….to health Insurance, snow plowing and janitorial services. NHCSF has compiled a library of “charter friendly and charter knowledgeable” vendor partners, allowing you several sources to consider for each possible purchase.

Initial 501(c)(3) Donation Assistance

In becoming a non profit entity, specific paperwork is required with the federal government. This application process sometimes takes up to a year or longer. This tends to greatly discourage receipt of much needed year one donations, since they wouldn’t yet be considered tax deductible to the donor. 

The NHCSF can not only guide and assist with this application but help you to temporarily “receive” needed funds in a manner that allows the donor their tax deduction. 

NHHEFA Coordination and Support 

The New Hampshire Hospital and Educational Financing Association (NHHEFA) is a non profit entity tasked with helping NH schools with low interest loans. NHCSF has worked with this entity on several occasions and can advise if a partnership opportunity exists. If so, we will help to facilitate a meeting with your board and the NHHEFA.
